A review of Time Lord

At the fantastic school of Long Sutton Primary (Lincolnshire) I went to watch a hilarious production. It was called Time Lord, the best production in the world. The school looked amazing because of the hard work they put into every activity, play and more!

When I got there I seen a lovely school with a fantastic Nursery as well. There was some birds flying around none stop!I saw the funky entrance and pressed the button.Suddenly the door popped open.I went to give a ticket to a teacher.she was very friendly and so was the teachers.I sat down and saw a huge stage!I was in the huge hall. It was about a wickid Time Lord who takes players to historical places from the past. They go into an epic time machine and glaze to the past. They go to the scary Dardanelles of the Crimean war,Roman Britain, the Celts and Boudicca. The vicious dinopods want to rule back the world!

I would recommend the legendary play 5 stars. It was hilarious!

squash with Collin

On Tuesday 24th January 2017 Y4 did squash with Collin.  First we got reminded what grip we had to do.It was really funny because we got to play a match straight after. The batting team had to hit the ball after Collin thrown it against the wall. If you hit the ball after two bounces you would be out so you have to hit the ball after one touch. After that we got in a line facing Collin so he put us into groups of eight and seven. Some people had to put some rubber lines on the floor. The people who didn’t have the ball and the two rackets you had to sit behind the white line. We did back hand and front hand and did a commutative and a co -operative rally. After that we had another match of squicket that was really fun because it got you to try to catch it and how to bat. Also you had to run a lot because Collin would throw the ball against the bungee wall. You had to hit the ball and if it hit the wall you hit the bungee line you would turn around and touch the rubber line. If the ball hit the blue bit around the bungee you was out. Finally it was time to end but Collin is the best squash person in the world.

Lincoln Castle

On Monday 9th January 2017 Y4 went to Lincoln castle because in English we are leaning about Romans. When we was at the castle we had to be put into groups. Once we was in are groups we had to go in this building but sadly we had to go up loads of stairs. On the second floor we finally got to put are stuff on a peg. Then we went to go to Chris to go into the shield making room to make shields. After we was aloud to try on some armor but none of the helmets fitted me.After we tried on some armor we left our seats and walked into the archaeology room  with Jen. In there ,there was  some boxes with a Roman object in each corner of the box.In the box was also a trowel that we scraped off mud with and there was a paintbrush to clean the Roman objects.
