On Tuesday 24th January 2017 Y4 did squash with Collin.  First we got reminded what grip we had to do.It was really funny because we got to play a match straight after. The batting team had to hit the ball after Collin thrown it against the wall. If you hit the ball after two bounces you would be out so you have to hit the ball after one touch. After that we got in a line facing Collin so he put us into groups of eight and seven. Some people had to put some rubber lines on the floor. The people who didn’t have the ball and the two rackets you had to sit behind the white line. We did back hand and front hand and did a commutative and a co -operative rally. After that we had another match of squicket that was really fun because it got you to try to catch it and how to bat.Also you had to run a lot because Collin would throw the ball against the bungee wall. You had to hit the ball and if it hit the wall you hit the bungee line you would turn around and touch the rubber line. If the ball hit the blue bit around the bungee you was out.Finally it was time to end but Collin is the best squash person in the world.

One sunny day, the happy, dogs were barking, calm birds tweeting, like a normal day. soon, in the beautiful city of Pompeii , Pompeii stared to become ugly.

Every second, the jet black cardboard was angrily ripped by the inside of the huge volcano. Eventually, the horrible fighting ended therefore there was not a sound of the helpful guard dogs and the black birds tweeting happily.

As quick as a flash,Pompeii was about to be destroyed.The city of Pompeii was rumbling there was a lot of ash every where.

Like burning smoke, coming out of the ground the ash joined up together to make a big blazing cloud came to crush the buildings.

One sunny day in pompeii loud dogs and quite birds was happy in they tiny house with blue outside.

Suddenly the earth began to shake and the weak roof began to fall off the small building.

Crashing like thunder,buildings were falling one by one was cover.As quick as a flash,smoke was covering the whole place. As dark as a cave,nearly all the city was burnt to death.Boiling ash was scattered all over the place.

It was a nice sunny morning, in Pompey people were fine and doing there every day job.Almost unbelievably ,the little town of Pompey started burning down.The fire spread all over like a dragon breathing fire all over the village.

After a while, the red roof tops were moving faster some were falling of and without a warning smoke was coming out of a big volcano,slowly. Two hours later more and more smoke came out of the huge volcano and the big dogs were howling nervously.  More roof tops falling quickly small and big people sckreeming.

On Tuesday the 31st of January we watched a clip of Mount Vesuvius. I’m going to tell you about my two amazing sentences.

Suddenly,the burning hot ash soon quickly started crashing down to the burnt ground.

The aftermath

Without a sound,the Roman people and silent Pompeii animals sadly died.
