Maths.

Today we have been doing some Numicon. Some groups have been doing some patterns and my group we did 50 holes and work out the fractions,decimals and percentages. I however  did do 50 .Also, i did 40,  it was easy to do.

In R.E we were doing trays called puja trays. Hindus use them for different celebrations.The puja tray were designed and created by year 5.

In R.E we have been making amazing puja trays and we have been learnt a new song in music

We have been doing acting in Benny Mcever.

Then  we had to freeze.

Today in school we have been doing a poem called Benny Mckever.  We had to circle the words that we didnt understand and what they meant and we had to do the actions of what scene we were doing.  My group were doing the police scene where Benny gets chased by the  police. I worked with Tyler Alfie  Leo  and  Alex. We had to wait for  Tyler to run past. We pointed at him. When Tyler was caught I had to walk over to Tyler.  The group worked as  a team.  It was like drama doing different actions. Iit was basically sign language  we could have had  a person holding paper  to tell what we were saying in sign language by Alex Carlile

In R.E we have been making puja trays. To do this we decorated some paper plates and we made things out of paper that revolve around Hindus, like  bells, cup of water, statue of one of the gods and a diva candle.

In PSHE we were learning about good and bad drugs. here a some of the bad ones.

Yesterday we made puja trays which use things to trigger all five senses to get the gods attention, a bell to get them listening, an incense stick for them to smell,food for them to taste/eat and  diva lamp for them to see .

This week Triangulum and Gemini were baking  cookies in the studio with cat, dog, duck ,penguin and human cutters.  We used  strawberry laces  choclate chips and gummy lips and teeth. Whole meal and normal plain flour were used to bake them.
